MTV y ONEDOTZERO presentan BLOOM, un concurso internacional en busca de los mejores talentos de la imagen animada alrededor del mundo, para comisionar filmes de un minuto en diferentes categorías.

Los filmes seleccionados deberán explorar las condiciones de identidad y comunidad como tema principal.
Se aceptan todos los estilos de imagen animada: Vídeo, 3D, frame by frame animation, animación digital etc.
